Gear Racks – Machined Oil Filled Nylon

Plastic Machining Company offers oil filled nylon gear racks for use with a wide variety of gears. Oil filled nylon gear racks carry many advantages over standard gear racks including longer product life and decreased noise, with a lightweight construction. PMC gear racks are excellent in wash-down applications and require no additional lubrication (the material is self-lubricating). Nylon gear racks have an impressively long part life.
